I’m Chantal Fox (FKA Chantal Horton). I'm a registered Psychologist and a globally recognised executive coach with over two decades of experience gained across cultures and industries in helping corporate leaders reach their highest potential.

Life’s thrown me a few curve balls along the way, and I have recovered from perfectionism, burn out, codependency and self-sabotage. My goal is to guide you in achieving breakthroughs in your own life, utilising a coaching approach grounded in psychological insight and real-life experience.

My coaching style is built on honesty, accountability, and results. I quickly build rapport, creating a safe environment for growth. I don’t shy away from direct feedback, challenging my clients to push beyond their comfort zones and befriend discomfort to achieve transformational change.
